Parallel shaft helical gearboxes
INGECO has developed Foot Mounting Parallel Shaft Helical Gearboxes for high output torques, and longer service life:
INGECO’s helical gearboxes are ideal for a wide variety of applications and functionally scalable.
Our range of helical, gearboxes can be easily configured to industrial process parameters with its high range of gear transmission ratios. The high level of efficiency of our gearboxes ensures an ideal drive package that meets the demanding requirements of the industry. These Gearboxes are made of High-Grade C.I. casting, with Alloy steel Hardened and Profile Ground Gears These are available in one, two, three and four stage reduction with high torque and wide selection of output Gear Ratios. These units are available for Power ratings for up to 500 Kw
- Hollow shaft with keyway or shrink disc
- Solid shaft with keyway
- Foot or flange mounting
Types and Specifications:
- Power: Higher power ratings for maximum torque from 0.25 Kw to 500 Kw and upto 25000Nm.
- Input: Solid Shaft with Keyway.
- Output: Hollow Shaft with Keyway or Taper sleeve.
- Lubrication: Oil splash type lubrication.
- Housing: Close grain cast iron case construction.
